Maybe this will help someone one day. I checked links+ (important: version 2.29) fingerprint on noscriptfingerprint.com, when fake Firefox is on. Result: b23919af95d39e4766ea6cd396ada14d (same on GUI and TUI).

Looking by signals results are the same. Maybe it is a matter of cookies (I have turned off)?

I figured it out.

If you disable images in GUI, you get the same fingerprint in both.

Yeah, it seems that if images are turned off, GUI inherits fingerprint same as TUI.

So now corrected fingerprints:
