Nice and IMHO more than minimum guide. There are 2 things which I would bring out:
(1) Do Not Track flag will be removed in next version of firefox, so probably it will not help much. Also we do not know which and how many sites really respect it.
(2) ETP set to Strict rather does not break sites (my experience only). What for sure breaks sites is RFP which even makes browser seen as bot by some scripts.

Very extensive indeed!
Great guide that probably took quite some time to set up.
Too bad firefox has this terrible configuration method, and not a simple rc-file, like all software should.
