This looks remarkably close to something I wrote a blog post about years ago as "it'd be neat if this existed." How does it feel in practice?

I saw that float around on the web the other day! Looks like it could be an amusing project. I assume it's a Raspberry Pi, a mechanical USB keyboard and a random e-ink display cobbled together. Kind of neat, though!

That looks nice, although I think it would be a bit weird to type on since your hand will have to remain caged in the box.

This goes to show how shitty computers are these days. People are turning back to “typewriters” because they can’t stand to use a computer.
