A Bulletin Board from the backside of the internet

I'm pretty much planning on simulating my current setup, but from around 20 years ago. I currently have a Ryzen-3600x desktop with 16gb DDR4 and a GTX 1080ti, instead i'll be replacing it with a Dell D531 (AMD Turion X2 @ 1.8ghz, 2gb DDR2). My current laptop of choice is a Macbook Air (M1, 16gb ram)...
